Since 1995, St. Carolus Hospital has passed the accreditation held by the Ministry of Health. Accreditation process is ongoing until the last accreditation in 2007 for 16 areas of service, and these are: Administration and Management, Medical Services, Nursing Services, Emergency Services, Medical Records, Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, Operating Room, Nosocomial Infections, Medical Rehabilitation, Perinatologi Services, Service Nutrition, Intensive Services, K3 and Blood Bank Services.
St. Carolus primary concern is on customer and patient satisfaction. St. Carolus Hospital delivers health care to community based on the quality of service excellence in various fields of service. In its development from time to time, St. Carolus Hospital always tried to maintain and improve the quality of service, starting at the level of human resources, facilities to operational systems.
