Account Manager
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
- Assist in the preparation and review of proposal bids to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
- Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team.
- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Reports to the our management, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Requirements:
- Male or Female, max age 30 y.o
- Bachelor degree in any field with outstanding academic record.
- Preferably with 2 years experiences in IT industry, however fresh graduates with Information Technology related degree are also welcome.
- Strong technical/analytical.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to listen attentively; display patience and flexibility.
- Analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
- Make independent decisions using sound judgment;
- Organize and prioritize work load
- Ability to maintain a professional relationship with customers and employees.
- Well organized, high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
- Technical competence in IT infrastructure technologies is a definite plus
