Mr. Aradea Susetya, B.Comm
Mr. Aradea completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University of Technology in Australia double majoring in Finance and Information System where he studied mostly on how to effectively utilize Information Technology for business organizations. His passion on IT infrastructure technology started when he was studying at University and until now he has been in Information Technology field for more than a decade.
Throughout his professional and International working experiences, he had been given responsibilities in several posts such as network engineer, technical manager, and consultant. His extensive consulting experiences put him in control in managing client relationship, as well as in pre-sales activities.
Backing up his experiences he holds several technical infrastructure certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information System Security Professional), and MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer). In addition to that he managed to complete dual CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) in Routing/Switching and Security. He also has extensive knowledge and experiences on Unified Communication technologies.
He had worked for many IT infrastructure projects with a total value of ranging from couple of thousands dollar to multimillion dollar projects. Some example of his successful infrastructure projects are:
- Complex multiprotocol core network redesign for Bank Danamon Indonesia.
- Data Centre Relocation for Bank Mega.
- High Availability Data Centre for ING Bank Australia.
- Internet Banking Security for Arab Bank Australia.
A unique combination of his academic degree, well certified credentials, and more importantly his extensive International experiences brings assurance in high quality of IT services delivered under his management and supervision.
Mrs. Ratna Adriana
HR and Marketing Director
Mrs. Ratna brings over her more than 20 years of experiences in marketing and human resources field. Her previous and proven experiences in Mining and Petroleum industry in marketing field as well as experiences in human resources field in transportation services industry where she dealt with many permanent and contract workers put her as the right person to drive marketing and manage human resources for PT Maestro Global Informatika. Her expertise in human resources covers workforce planning, recruitment, skills management, salary compensation, employee benefits management, and performance appraisal.
Mr. Filipus Andy
Mr. Andy also brings his more than 20 years of experiences of corporate finance in pharmacy and transportation services industry. His expertise is in maximizing corporate value while at the same time managing firm’s financial risks. His responsibilities are mainly in making financial long term and short term decisions. Long term financial decision deals with firm’s capital investment where he needs to make choices and decisions about which project receive investment whether to finance that investment with equity or debt. Short term financial decision involves working capital management where he needs to deal with short term balance of current assets and current liabilities, and also managing cash flows, inventories, and short term borrowing and lending. He also has extensive knowledge in corporate law. Under his management, PT Maestro Global Informatika is confident to have a healthy and sustainable business financial outlook.
