Our remote assistance uses only common ports for browsing and hence it doesn’t require punching a hole in firewalls.  The data travels via encrypted packet and hence confidentiality remains on your corporate data.  This remote assistance session always get logged with a record of who and how long the remote session was established.

Our MNS can be set up to monitor only critical ports, an industry best practice for Switch monitoring, that prevents unnecessary alarms from being generated.   Our MNS also offers visibility into spanning tree status showing which ports are blocked and which ones are forwarding.
