Account Manager

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  1. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
  3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  4. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned
  5. Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  6. Assist in the preparation and review of proposal bids to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  7. Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Managing Director of any problems that may arise.
  8. Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  9. Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  10. Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
  11. Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team.
  12. Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  13. Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  14. Reports to the our management, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
  15. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Requirements:

  1. Male or Female, max age 30 y.o
  2. Bachelor degree in any field with outstanding academic record.
  3. Preferably with 2 years experiences in IT industry, however fresh graduates with Information Technology related degree are also welcome.
  4. Strong technical/‚Äčanalytical.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  6. Extremely detail oriented
  7. Ability to listen attentively; display patience and flexibility.
  8. Analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  9. Make independent decisions using sound judgment;
  10. Organize and prioritize work load
  11. Ability to maintain a professional relationship with customers and employees.
  12. Well organized, high attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  13. Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment and prioritize tasks.
  14. High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
  15. Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
  16. Technical competence in IT infrastructure technologies is a definite plus
